After we fix your roof, we send you before-and-after photos and a written warranty. If it leaks again from the same spot within 5 years, we come back free. That's the deal.

New Roof Installation
We install new roofs on new construction, room additions, detached garages, and covered patios. Our Eagle Nest crews handle residential and light commercial. Standard install time is 1-3 days depending on size.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our Eagle Nest crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
Architectural shingles are what 80% of Eagle Nest homeowners choose. They look better than 3-tab, last longer, and handle wind better. We install GAF Timberline, Owens Corning Duration, and CertainTeed Landmark.
Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Eagle Nest areas.
Commercial Roofing
Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.
Gutter Installation
Gutter replacement in Eagle Nest runs $8-$15 per linear foot installed, depending on material and story height. That includes hangers every 24 inches, end caps, miters, and outlet drops. We custom-form everything on-site.
Roof Inspection
Our Eagle Nest roof inspections cover shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit, gutters, and decking condition. You get a written report with photos. If nothing's wrong, we tell you that.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
Tubular skylights bring light into tight spaces. Closets, laundry rooms, interior bathrooms. They use a reflective tube through the attic space, so they work even when the roof is far from the ceiling. Installed in a few hours.
